  • Applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

4. Secure Payment Processing

  • All transactions on halnis.com are processed through Shopify Payments using SSL encryption.
  • We do not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.
  • Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processors.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided. This email confirms that your order has been received and payment processed.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@halnis.com.


6. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy at halnis.com/policies/refund-policy.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
  • If you have any billing concerns, contact support@halnis.com — we will resolve them promptly.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Halnis LLC reserves the right to cancel or place on hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
  • We may request additional verification for high-value orders.
  • If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will be notified and fully refunded.

We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
