Refund policy
This Returns & Refund Policy is established by Halnis LLC ('Halnis', 'we', or 'us'). By placing an order on halnis.com, you agree to the terms below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
To initiate a return, please email us at support@halnis.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer you either a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost. Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue when contacting us.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@halnis.com
Return Shipping
For returns due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, email support@halnis.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled — please follow the return process instead.
Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order shows no tracking updates and has not arrived within 45 days of the shipping date (US orders) or 60 days (international orders), please contact us. We will offer you either a full refund or a free replacement shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items without proof of purchase
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
The only cost to the customer is the return shipping fee for change-of-mind returns.
