Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy is established by Halnis LLC. By placing an order on halnis.com, you agree to the following terms.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
In some cases, processing may be delayed due to incomplete payment information, insufficient address details, or high order volume during peak seasons. We will contact you by email if this occurs.

Delivery estimates begin after processing is complete. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or holiday volumes.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page at halnis.com/pages/track-your-order.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
Product prices do not include customs duties or import taxes for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country's customs authorities. Halnis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, Halnis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please first contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days (US) or 60 days (international) from the shipping date, contact us at support@halnis.com — we will offer a full refund or free replacement.
